Messier 30 (NGC 7099)
From time to time I obtain data sets from remote observatories. One of these providers is the Goldfield Astronomical Observatory with telescopes in Australia. One of the data sets I received, was data from the globular cluster M30 in the constellation Sagittarius.

The images were taken with the following equipment:
Location | Goldfield Astronomical Observatory, Australia |
Telescope | Takahashi Mewlon 250 |
Focal length [mm] | 2500 |
Focal ratio | 10 |
Mount | ASA DDM 60 |
Camera | ZWO ASI 094MC |
Filter | OSC |
Exposure time [min] | 60 |
Resolution | 0,80″/px bin2 |
Data calibration and registration and the final processing was done with PixInsight. The result was as follows:

M30 annotated
In the field were quiet a lot of quasars. The two most distant of them (see annotation) are:
WISEA J214101.85-230114.0 with a redshift of 2.7
WISEA J213956.64-232909.2 with a redshift of 1.7
