Messier 68 (NGC 4590) – VdS Remote Hakos – Tak
As a member of the VdS remote observatory group, I have the opportunity to use the VdS remote observatory in Hakos, Namibia. You are allowed to process your own data obtained there as well as the data of other users.
In this case I use my own data for the result.
The result shows the globular cluster Messier 2, located in the constellation Aquarius.
Data calibration and registration and the final processing was done with PixInsight. (Please also have a look at my result with the Newton).
In the image you can find very many galaxies and so many quasars, that I only show the ones with z>3. The most distant of them is:
SDSS J213226.61-000908.0 with a redshift of 4.3 and an apparent magv of 21.83 (SDSS DR17).
