Messier 38 from my own „Sterntaucher“ observatory
My first project in 2021 was the open cluster Messier 38 also known as Starfish Cluster with the surrounding nebulae in the constellation Auriga.

Data calibration and registration and the final processing was done with PixInsight.
For the 1st image the RGB Data was upscaled to the Hα data. The result was as follows:
The 2nd image shows the field around Messier 38 with only use of the RGB data. The result was as follows:
